Guides / Marketing cost
How much does restaurant marketing cost in Bangalore?
The honest breakdown — what goes into the price, what you should get for it, and the three budgets that actually matter.
There are three separate costs
Owners often compare quotes that aren't comparable. Restaurant marketing usually has three parts, and it's worth asking every agency which ones their price covers:
- The agency fee — strategy, shooting, editing, writing, posting, reporting.
- Ad budget — what you pay Meta or Google to show your content. This normally goes to the platform, not the agency.
- Creator fees — what influencers charge. Small creators may do barter (a meal) plus travel; larger creators charge per video.
What a monthly plan should include
Whatever you pay, you should be able to answer "yes" to these:
- Did someone from the agency visit, eat the food and watch the floor?
- Do I get a written plan — every reel, with its posting date — before the month starts?
- Is the content shot by a professional with proper equipment, not stock or AI?
- Are my Swiggy, Zomato and Google profiles part of the plan?
- Do I get a clear report at month-end showing what worked?
Our prices, openly
We publish ours so you can compare:
- Basic — ₹30,000/month: 12 reels, 8 posts and 2 carousels, a professional shoot day, strategy, posting and a month-end growth report.
- Growth — ₹45,000/month: 15 reels, 12 posts and 3 carousels, weekly influencer collaborations, Meta and Google ads management, and the monthly report. Creator fees are paid directly by you.
- Launch Kit — ₹1,00,000 one-time: for new restaurants — landing page, Swiggy & Zomato onboarding with menu photos for up to 30 dishes, Meta setup, teaser content, a 10-influencer launch night and opening-week ads.
Every plan can be customised. See full details on our services page.
Which should you pick?
- Opening in the next few months: start with the Launch Kit, then move to a monthly plan.
- New to social media or a new account: Growth — influencers and ads bring an audience your page doesn't have yet.
- Established with a following: Basic is often enough to stay consistent.
